January 2021 Lock-down Since the UK Government placed the country on lock-down for a 3rd time this means that all business' in the retail and leisure industries are having to close. We have closed our showroom to the public once again but our other workshop based services will be carrying on as per normal due to the stripping and workshop side of the business not being something that can be done from home, so we will still be taking in any stripping of doors, furniture and any metal items that you may want stripped/sanded/restored/finished etc…. Our online store is still fully operational and we will be making deliveries throughout the week but these will be to your door only. We are closed to the public but we are operating a collection & delivery service throughout the week where we can collect all items from customers gardens, garages or lock-ups so that social distancing is conformed to. We make collections ourselves so there will be no waiting for a courier to arrive. Customers may still collect their items but you will need to pre-book any collections and any items will need to be collected from the car park opposite our premises. Some of the services that we are still offering are: Paint stripping From £25.00 + vat per internal door Paint strip & sanding From £85.00 + vat per internal door Paint strip, sand & finish (wax/varnish/stain) From £120.00 + vat per internal door Any other items ie, furniture (tables, chairs, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, wardrobes etc...), window shutters, floorboards, architrave and any metal items will need to be quoted for by sight. If you have any of these items, please reply with a picture and we can quote accordingly. This will also be the case for renovation work required to any of the above. As per the government guidelines, trades are still able to operate in customers homes by conforming to social distancing so all on-site work is still able to be carried out, these include: Same Day Services on front/back doors / Door removal & rehanging / All on-site quotes If you have any questions, or would like to arrange a collection then please do so by calling 01273 480866 or by email: bttg@live.co.uk We are hoping that this situation will not last too long and we hope that we can get back to offering our full list of services as soon as the restrictions are lifted.
